marketing purposes. They are also free to use any wording necessary.

people pay for a membership fee when other companies don't charge one?:

What does a membership with your company include?:
--We dont specifically offer a 'membership'.
Do you have any restrictions on how your products are sold?:
--We do not allow any products to be sold on any auction sites. There
is a minimu order of $10.00.
What requirements do you have for new accounts?:
--Because we wholesale/dropship to LICENSED businesses only we require
them to fax us a copy of their business license or equivilant. Our fax
number is 425.648.7976. They MUST have their email address on the fax.
Once we receive a copy we will email them back the password so they
will have access to the wholesale/dropship webpages.
Do you offer payment terms, if so... what are they and what are
--We accept visa/mastercard.
Do you offer email updates of stock changes?:
-- We always update our website with the newest information. It is up
to the customer to check out the website on a regular basis to make
sure we have the items needed. We also offer an opt in newsletter to
let customers know of new products etc.
Do you offer any add-on services on top of the products you offer
for drop-shipment, if so... what are they and do they cost extra?:
How can orders be placed at your company?:
-- Orders must be placed via our website using the 'buy' buttons. We
do not accept orders via email.
Do you handle customer returns and what type of warranty do you
-- We offer the customer 100% satisfaction. We will replace any defective
item once the item is returned to us for inspection. We will reimburse
the customer for shipping the product back to us. In the event of broken/damaged
items during shipment, all product, packaging and shipping box must
be kept to be inspected by the shipping carrier. It will be up to the
carrier to determine whether or not the claim will be covered. We will
do everything in our power to help the customer in filing. Insurance
is required on all items. Once the package leaves our facility we have
no control what happens to it.
We will not give refunds or exchange product because the customer has
an allergic reaction or does not like the scent. We list all ingredients
so the consumer can be aware of what is in our products before they
buy. It is their responsibility to know what they are allergic to. We
also offer samples (on our wholesale page) so the can test run a product
before buying a full size one.

--Country Meadow is a woman owned, small, personalized company.
We manufacture 99% of all products using quality oils, butters and extracts.
There are many scents to chose from as well as different gift packages
(baskets or boxes). In addition to our Basic line (victorian lace, herb
patch, island tropics, exotic nights, pirates cove etc) we also offer
specialty lines....SpaLusion and Umoja. We hope to be adding more specialty
lines in the future.
